Darned Flash....

I have spent most of the day trying to teach myself basic Flash. It hasn't worked. Just when I thought I had it all right, it wasn't - in fact it was an awful mess and got promptly deleted!

I did find a useful tutorial, but those tend to have a list of "do this" without explaining the why's, which doesn't help me if I want to do something else!

Perhaps, for now, I should leave off the fancy buttons and drop-down menus and flash intro's and just get the website "meat" in place. I can fiddle later...
