James Delaney has to be my favourite South African artist. (Eish, when did he update his Facebook profile image to that!? )

I first spotted his work in a House & Leisure magazine ages ago - a series of small skyscapes grouped together in a big block. Every mood of sky you can imagine in his signature style - abstract yet not too much so.

I know you're supposed to match art to building / decor / mood, but if I ever have anything to do with it, one day one of his paintings is going to hang on one of my walls.
