High sites are a strange beast.

On one hand you have all this hard physical work, rough stuff like digging up rocks and carrying metal around, working with tools and ladders and the danger of falling a very long way down.

And on the other side you have all this delicate technology. Don't knock the antenna, watch out for the routerboard, beware of the network cable...

Having spent a considerable amount of time on our high site over the past week, I'm still amazed at how these two end up working seamlessly together. The harsh, hard, big-scale tough stuff, and the high-tech miniscule fragile stuff. All coming together to form an awesome whole.
