Holiday: Blogger Meet-Up!

I'm back! And landed running... so will be posting little snippets as time allows.

Yesterday I met my first blogger - Idelette from Canada. OK, I know I'm way behind everyone else in meeting bloggers, but hey, I'm Third-World, you know! :)

She's an incredible person, tall and beautiful with the most amazing eyes. We had a great chat over coffee, only cut short because my parents had arranged to pick me up (they took the car to go look at houses, of all things). She had her digital camera along and took a pic, which I'll post once she's sent me a copy.

I have to admit I was kinda nervous, not knowing what to expect when meeting a total stranger. But it was all OK - we have so many common points of reference that we didn't sit in awkward silence.

So, one more new experience chalked up. Looking forward to meeting many more bloggers in the future.
