Remix Conference, Sydney Australia

At the beginning of December, my dad's church (Fox Valley) hosted the Remix conference, a gathering to explore and discuss emerging church issues within the Seventh-day Adventist church in the South Pacific region.

Dad just sent me a link to an article on Remix, written by Kellie. If you're interested, you can read what happened via the Adventist News Network here. (Yes, that's dad in the pic! Nice old man...:) )

What I really like about this is that folk are starting to listen, learn and experiment instead of just staying the way they've always been. There's a spark of hope that things can change for good, that some who want to turn away because they don't fit might not have to.
