Blaaa...

Did a quick shop-run to Checkers this weekend, and while browsing for Favourite Man's protein supply, got quite a fright.

There's a new section somewhere between "Lamb" and "Pork" called "Chevon". Now I'm a nature-lover, but I've never heard of a beast called Chevon. Nevertheless, there it was - in an assortment of pieces. So I had a closer look at the label.

It's Goat. Boer Goat to be exact. Yup, they're selling goat in Checkers, goat with a fancy name!
