Everything Changes

Yesterday afternoon I did something that I haven't done since 22 February 2007. I handed in my resignation with one month's notice.

Yup, from 25 December 2008 - Christmas Day - I'll be one of the unemployed masses.

You may think it crazy to give up a paying job in an age of economic disaster and depression. Especially with no "next employer" to go to.

But it's been done for good reason. After years and years of wishing, hoping and dreaming of being my own boss, I'm about to do it. I'll be pouring all my time and energy into working for myself and my family.
